Terms and Conditions
The raffle is open to everyone except ACT Pet Crisis Support committee members, volunteers and their immediate families. For the purpose of this exercise, the following is considered Immediate family members: a spouse or former spouse, de facto partner or former de facto partner, child, parent, grandparent, grandchild or sibling. It includes step-relations (eg. step-parents and step-children) as well as adoptive relations.
The winners will be notified by email and phone. If the winner can not be contacted, the organiser will attempt to notify the winner again 7 and 28 days after the raffle draw. If organisers are still unable to make contact the prize/s will be redrawn.
Tickets are on sale until 11:59 PM Wednesday 8 November 2021 or until sold out, whichever occurs first. The raffle will be limited to 2,000 tickets only.
Winners outside of the ACT will have their prize delivered to them courtesy of Chefs & Dogs. ACT residents will have their prize delivered via COVID-safe contactless delivery methods by ACT Pet Crisis Support and/or Chefs & Dogs.
Prizes are “as is” and cannot be separated into individual prizes.
Prizes are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
